Full Description: The Staffordshire company of Burgess and Leigh copied the design of the Huntley & Palmers 'Indian' tin of 1894 to make this teapot. Huntley & Palmers threatened legal action for infringing its copyright however they decided to take no further action when Burgess and Leigh agreed to produce all further teapots in a monochrome version.
