Full Description: This is a mock-up of a tin made for a special order to celebrate King Edward VIII's coronation. The order was placed by the Urban District Council of Cleethorpes. The inscription inside the tin states that the tin is presented to Urban District Council of Cleethorpes to celebrate the coronation of HM Edward VIII, 27 May 1937. When Edward abdicated the throne, production of the tin was cancelled.
