Brief Description: Huntley & Palmers employees with the FA cup
Subject Date: 1927

Full Description: The FA Cup was shown at the Biscuit Factory during Reading Football Club's good cup run of 1926-7. Everyone in Reading hoped that the club would reach the final and Huntley & Palmers issued a commemorative biscuit tin shaped like the FA cup to celebrate. Unfortunately the Biscuitmen were beaten by Cardiff City in the semi-finals, so never reached Wembley.
