Full Description: Raymond Palmer became a company director in 1945 when he completed his apprenticeship after serving in the Second World War. Between 1963-8 he was Deputy Chairman and served as Chairman in 1968. He became the third Lord Palmer in 1950. He was also Chairman of Huntley, Boorne & Stevens.
