Full Description: Huntley & Palmers provided ordinary and specially made emergency biscuits to the ill-fated British Antarctic Expedition to the South Pole, led by Captain Scott. Several varieties of biscuit containers still survive at the Cape Evans hut on Ross Island where Scott had established his winter quarters in 1911.
