Full Description: This cake was made by Huntley & Palmers for H R H The Princess Elizabeth C.I. upon the Occasion of her Marriage to Lieutenant Philip Mountbatten, R.N. on 20 November 1947. The cake had six sides and was four tiers high with an image on each side of a tier. On the top tier was the crests from countries of the commonwealth. The other tiers included images of the Royal family and places with royal association.
