Full Description: Born in 1929, Michael Paxton was a professional soldier before joining Huntley & Palmers in the mid 1950s. He started work in the General Office and then moved to the factory. He became a Hygiene Supervisor, then Training Manager and finally head of Public Relations. In this clip, Mr Paxton describes the strict office routine at Huntley & Palmers.
